H142X hydraulic water level control valve is a hydraulic control valve that automatically controls the liquid level height of water tanks and towers. When the water level drops beyond the preset level, the float valve opens and the pressure in the upper chamber of the piston decreases. A pressure difference is formed between the top and bottom of the piston, and under this pressure difference, the valve disc opens for water supply operation.

When the water level rises to the preset height, the float valve closes, and the pressure in the upper chamber of the piston continues to increase, causing the valve disc to close and stop supplying water. This reciprocating automatic control of the liquid level at the set height achieves automatic water supply function.

The H142X hydraulic water level control valve has the function of automatically opening and closing pipelines to control the water level, and is suitable for various water tower (pool) automatic water supply systems in industrial and mining enterprises and civil buildings. Working principle of H142X hydraulic water level control valve:

When the water level in the pool or water tower drops and the float valve opens for drainage, there is pressure water in the inlet pipe that lifts the piston inside the valve, opens the sealing surface, and the valve opens for water supply. When the water level rises to the control valve, the float valve closes and the piston moves down to seal the sealing surface, and the valve stops supplying water.
